The Housebound module has the ability to allow libraries to do more outreach to the community when the community can't come into the library. There are a few pieces of this module including the ability to choose your "choosers", "deliverers" and the Housebound Patron.
Using Koha's Quote of the Day Feature
We are going to show Koha users about a commonly overlooked feature in Koha called, Quote of the Day. This is a built-in feature in Koha that allows libraries to utilize literary quotes, patron quotes, local history quotes or others to be highlighted on the library OPAC. This is a great opportunity to advertise something unique each and every day on the OPAC allowing it to look fresh and new!

Why Does My Item Keep Defaulting to a Certain Branch?
When I check a book out from "X" Branch Library the Current Location automatically defaults to "Y" Branch Library instead of keeping it at the "X" Branch Library. How do we fix this?
There are times when I want to make sure that we don't charge the patron for fines that aren't their responsibility (last night's book drop, hourly checkouts, busy staff can't get to checkins right away, finding items around the library, etc.) and I want to make sure we can back date the checkins. How do we do this?
How does Koha handle multiple budgets?
Budgets are entered into Koha via administration and can be made as granular as the library chooses. Koha allows for multiple budgets. Each budget has at least one fund and then funds can be broken down further into sub-funds if needed or wanted. Budgets and funds can also be branch-specific.
Koha fully supports EDI. Koha uses the EDIFACT standard for electronic ordering. Ordering and Invoicing using EDI functionality is available for various vendors.

New Option With Claims Returned
When claims returned was introduced a few Koha versions ago, when a library marked an item claimed on a patron's account, this item remained on their checkout page. Although this may work for some libraries, other libraries wanted the functionality to have the item that is being marked 'claimed' to be taken off the patron's checkouts.
