In this week's Monday Minutes, Kelly and Jessie discuss a new option within the Holds Ratio report which will allow libraries to configure the default settings in the report.
Holds Ratio Report
The Holds Ratio report within the Circulation module allows libraries to see what titles have a specific number of holds and above for ordering needs.
In the latest upgrade with Koha, a new system preference will allow libraries to set a default value in this built-in report.
The system preference, HoldRatioDefault, can now be set at the library default holds. By default, Koha will populate this value with 3, but libraries can change this.
When running this report, the default set in the system preference will display on the left-hand side of the screen and can be changed manually.
