Modifying the Pick-Up Location for Holds

Here is a brief blog post and tutorial video on updating or assigning a pickup branch for a patron's hold on the Staff Client.

Pick-Up Locations

If your library has multiple branches and a staff member needed to change the pickup location of a hold for a patron or give the patron a different pickup location than the patron's branch, here is how you can do this!

From a patron's hold tab, any hold that is not "in transit" or "waiting", the pick-up location can be altered.

From the bibliographic record, the same process would happen. Bring up the Hold page from the Bibliographic record and change the pickup location from this screen.
