Question: Can I Tell Who Modified a Notice?

Answer: Changes made to notice templates can be logged if the NoticesLog system preference is enabled.

In addition to logging edits made to notices, the log will track deletions and new notices created either by individual users or as new notices are added to Koha in upgrades.

Like any of Koha's logging, it will only be useful if enabled, so if you haven't checked what logs your library has enabled in a while, now is a great time to do a quick check of the logging system preferences.
