Koha Question of the Week: What Logs are Turned On?

Each Friday, we will bring you a new Koha Question of the Week. We will select real questions that we receive and share the answers with you!

Question: What Logs are Turned on in Koha?

Answer: There are two ways that a library can see what logs are turned on in Koha.

The first way is through the system preferences: Under Logs, then Logging. All possible logs are listed in this area.

The second way is through the logging tool itself. Logs can be found in the Tools Module. Once in the Logs, each log that is not currently turned on at your library will have a triangle with an exclamation point indicating that that log is not turned on.

In the above screenshot, there is an alert on the Cataloging, Acquisitions and Reporting Log. To turn these on, you would go to the System Preferences, as instructed above.
