The Orem Public Library was looking for a system that would improve the experience for both patrons and staff, and Koha & Aspen Discovery as implemented by Bywater was exactly what we were looking for. Bywater walked us through the process each step of the way, answered our questions and concerns with speed and precision, and positively charmed us with their friendly and supportive demeanor. We are very pleased with the new functionality we see from Koha and Aspen, and we are looking forward to continuing to work with Bywater to maintain an outstanding system!”
