2023 koha-US Annual Conference Wrap-Up

Members of the ByWater Solutions team attended, presented, and were recognized at the 2023 koha-US Annual Conference.

Several of our partner libraries also attended and presented at the conference.

There were over 70 people in attendance in person and almost 300 online!

Jessica Zairo, Director of Library Sales and Outreach at ByWater Solutions, commented on the conference:

Monday Minutes

Kelly and Jessie were able to record an episode of Monday Minutes with some extra special guests! George Williams and Christopher Brannon, the hosts of the "Terrific Every Other Thursday Koha Training videos" joined Kelly and Jessie to talk about the process of patrons canceling their waiting holds on the OPAC.
