Euless Public Library Goes Live on Aspen and Koha with ByWater Support

ByWater Solutions, America’s forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced that the Euless Public Library in Texas is now live on Aspen Discovery and Koha ILS with ByWater Support. ByWater migrated over 77,000 bib records and 87,000 item records.

About the Euless Public Library

The recently remodeled Mary Lib Saleh Euless Public Library features a new teen room, a lounge, reading nooks, meeting rooms, a conference room and five study rooms that can be reserved. There are also plenty of extra outlets for visitors to plug in their devices and new self-service options.

The new children’s area has dedicated literacy classrooms, learning toys and computers. In addition, the library has a national Family Place Library distinction, which means it provides support and opportunities for families to ensure all children enter school ready and able to learn. Family Place Libraries build on the knowledge that good health, early learning, parental involvement and supportive communities play a critical role in a young child’s growth and development.
