“Our team is thrilled with Koha’s intuitive interface, and we know our customers are going to enjoy Aspen’s user-friendly UX, visual browsing and personalization features. An ILS migration for a library with as many cardholders and holdings as CCPL is a huge undertaking. On behalf of the CCPL team, I want to thank ByWater for their support in making our migration as smooth as possible, and for helping us create an outstanding new library experience for our customers.”
Brendan Gallagher, CEO at ByWater Solutions, also commented:
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the Cuyahoga County Public Library and look forward to a long and productive relationship together! The team at Cuyahoga was amazing to work with and both of our institutions used innovation and collaboration to make this transition and partnership a huge success. The library has already made a significant impact on the Koha and Aspen Communities with the addition of several new features they have sponsored and helped design. We greatly appreciate the time and effort put forth by all of the dedicated team members involved in this project.”
