ByWater Solutions Welcomes Kirstien Kroeger as Aspen Discovery Developer

ByWater Solutions, an open-source community contributor and America’s forefront provider of Open-Source library technology support, announced today that Kirstien Kroeger has joined ByWater Solutions as an Aspen Discovery Developer.

Kirstien holds a BS in Computer Science from Fort Hays State University, an AAS in Graphic Design from Salina Area Technical College, and is finishing up an MPS in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. She came into the library world on a whim but fell in love with being able to find ways to help people access information and resources by creating human-centered digital experiences that advocate for real users.

Mark Noble, Aspen Discovery Team Lead, recently commented on Kirstien joining the ByWater team.

Kirstien lives in central Kansas with her cat Harley, and in her free time enjoys reading spooky thriller novels, collecting quirky art from comic conventions, and playing video games.
