Kelsie has been an avid library patron throughout her life, from childhood summer reading programs to late-night study sessions at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her love for reading and learning has guided both her personal passions and professional growth, including her recent completion of a backend software engineering program. Kelsie lives in Colorado with her husband and dog, where they enjoy exploring in the mountains. In her free time, she can be found reading, crafting, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and traveling. Kelsie is excited to give back by supporting libraries in their mission to empower communities through access to information and lifelong learning.
