Bill has a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has extensive sales, innovative marketing and outreach, and customer relationship experience. Bill has been working with libraries since 2001. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.
