ByWater Solutions Names Donna Bachowski Director of Implementations

ByWater Solutions, America's forefront provider of Koha support, is happy to announce the promotion of Donna Bachowski to Director of Implementations. Donna started with ByWater Solutions in 2018 as a Koha Educator, working with new partner libraries.

Since 2018, Donna has been instrumental in the Koha migration process. She helped roll out additional educational opportunities with our partners during the migration process which streamlined the process for go-live.

Joy Nelson, President Koha Division, recently commented on Donna:

Donna has been a leader in our Education Team and implementations during her time at ByWater. She was instrumental in adjusting our implementation schedule/process to improve our interactions with partners. She and the entire implementation team have even more ideas and plans for making improvements. I am excited to see where this team goes from here!

Donna has worked in public libraries for more than 23 years, focusing on Adult Services. She earned a BA in Library Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MLS from the University of South Florida.
