The Amherst County Public Library needed a solution to make managing and accessing library records easier for staff and cardholders. ByWater Solution's Koha and Aspen products are exactly what we needed to transform our library catalog experience from futile frustration into an effective, sleek, and intuitive tool. The ByWater team has been great to work with, they are both knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests for help. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with Koha, Aspen, and the ByWater team. I would recommend their services without reservation to any library."
