Monday Minutes: Retaining Search Terms

In this week's Monday Minutes, Kelly and Jessie show you how to retain search terms in both the patron search and catalog search.

System Preference - Catalog

1. Navigate to Administration --> System preferences
2. Search for RetainCatalogSearchTerms
3. Clicking Retain will save search terms between searches when searching from the 'search the catalog' tab in the staff interface header.

System Preference - Patron

1. Navigate to Administration --> System preferences
2. Search for RetainPatronsSearchTerms
3. Clicking Retain will save search terms between searches when searching from the 'checkout' and 'search patrons' tab in the staff interface header.
