Monday Minutes: ERM Enhancements

In this week's Monday Minutes, Kelly and Jessie talk and show off some of the new features you will see in the 23.05 Koha release for the Electronic Resource Management (ERM) module.

• 33466 Link Vendor Name in List of Licenses
• 32925 Display loading information when a form is submitted, gives the end user visual feedback when a form is submitted in the ERM
• 32924 Filter Agreements by Logged-in Librarian
• 33064 Add a search option for licenses to the top search bar (Sponsored by PTFS Europe)

Link Vendor Name in List of Licenses

When a staff member connects a vendor to a License, they will be able to click right into the vendor account in Acquisitions.

Display loading information when a form is submitted

Staff will now see a message when an agreement or file is loading within the system.

Filter Agreements by Logged-in Librarian

This enhancement will show a new filter checkbox at the top of the agreement list with "Show only mine" that will display agreements linked with the logged in user.

Add a search option for licenses to the top search bar

Staff will now be able to search for licenses at the top of the search bar when they are in the ERM.
