Koha 22.11: Cataloging Tools Moved Into the Cataloging Module

Add a clear cataloging module home page
Bug 31162 Add a clear cataloguing module home page moves the features that catalogers frequently use from the Tools module into the Cataloging module homepage.
The quick action buttons for Advanced editor, New record, and New from Z39.50/SRU remain the same, linked at the top of the page.
But now all but one of the Cataloging tools moved from the Tools homepage onto the Cataloging home page.
Rotating collections is still in Tools.
In addition to the features moved from Tools, you’ll also find links to Fast cataloging, Cataloging system preferences, and Configuration (Administration home page).
As with other modules and features in Koha, the visibility of these links is built off of the permissions of the logged-in user. If you do not have permissions to access Administration, for example, you won’t see those links in the Cataloging module.
We expect these small changes to make a big difference in Catalogers’ workflows and quality of life.
