Waterford Township Public Library Chooses ByWater Solutions’ Koha Support
ByWater Solutions, an open source community contributor and America’s forefront provider of Koha support, announced today that the Waterford Township Public Library in Atco, NJ is now live on their installation of the Koha integrated library system.
ByWater Solutions completed the migration for the Waterford’s 22,000 plus volumes earlier this year and will be providing ongoing Koha support and hosting services to them. Their custom OPAC can be viewed at http://catalog.waterfordtwplibrary.org
Tanya Finney Estrada, Library Director at Waterford Township Public Library commented about their switch to Koha with ByWater:
“Our patrons are so excited about all the new services our OPAC now offers. Now that we’re using Koha my staff’s lives are all a little bit easier as well. Cataloging is now a breeze! The team at ByWater Solutions have been great with providing training and continuous technical support. I can honestly say, it was definitely worth us switching over Koha.”
Nicole Engard, VP of Education at ByWater Solutions commented on her experience with the staff at Waterford:
“I had the pleasure of training the staff at Waterford Township Public Library and loved their enthusiasm. They were so excited after training that they wanted to go live right away simply to be able to use tools like batch item modification in Koha. These are the type of people we love welcoming in to the Koha family.”
