Using Authorized Values in MARC Frameworks in Koha 3.8

With the introduction of RDA you will need to add fields to your MARC Frameworks that can only have specific values, so this tutorial will show you how to use authorized values in frameworks to add pull down menus to specific tags so that only the right values can be chosen.
