Each month, we highlight one of our talented team members. This month, our Staff Spotlight will focus on Sarah Maseto, Assistant Business Manager at ByWater Solutions.

Who is Sarah?

Sarah recently celebrated seven years working at ByWater Solutions! Over the past seven years, Sarah has been instrumental in payroll and hiring processes, accounts receivable, and all things business related. Her colleagues commented that she readily jumps in to help with whatever needs done, always brings a positive attitude, and follows through to complete tasks.

Sarah studied business management at Southern Connecticut State University and has over 10 years of experience in working closely with customers in many different support-centric business environments. Sarah brings her impressive organizational skills and operations experience to the table while maintaining healthy communication with ByWater partners regarding contracts, renewals, and billing questions.
