SELA Conference 2024 Wrap-Up!

Bill Kessler of ByWater Solutions attended the Southeastern Library Association Annual Conference 2024 at the University of Alabama Huntsville. There were about 100 attendees at this year's conference and Bill was able to talk to library professionals from across the Southeast including Virginia, Arkansas, North Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, and Georgia.

ByWater Solutions Partner Library Huntsville-Madison County Public Library partnered in a session called "Measuring the Effectiveness of Library Programming, Outreach, and Other Engagement Events." Bill commented, "it was fun to see the different library outreach programs."

Partner libraries Huntsville Public Library, Aniston and Calhoun County Public Library, and Coastal Alabama Community College all came by the booth to say how much they appreciate the BWS Support.

The Keynote Closing was given by Ashley M. Jones, Poet Laureate of Alabama. She read several of her poems throughout her presentation.
