Question: We aren’t using Aspen. Can Jira be used with Koha?
Answer: Koha does not use Jira at all. Bugzilla serves a similar purpose for Koha. Jira is the platform used for the Aspen Discovery Community to track issues, enhancements and development.

Answer: The columns are determined by status and the rows are determined by team.
Question: What dropdown do you pick when submitting an issue?
Answer: If you’re not sure what the issue type should be, please add it as a “Question”
Question: Is the priority field for the developer community, or for the person posting the issue?
Answer: The Tool Task Force has not decided whether or not they will keep the priority field or how it will be used.
Question: When should we actually enter an issue here? Should we still submit a support ticket and someone will help us determine if it should be entered as an issue?
Question: I already have an Atlassian / Jira acct for a different project, how do I get access to Aspen Discovery Jira?

Question: I made a Jira account but after logging in it says that me account does not have access - would that be an error on Jira's side or our library side?
Answer: Unless you used a link with manual approval, you will need approval.

Comment: I tried logging in through the most recent link and I'm now in, whether its just the link or it was approved. Either way it now works :)
