January 2020 Librarian of the Month

Every month ByWater Solutions recognizes a librarian that has made an impact on their library and community. We are happy to announce that Jessica Ofsa is our January Librarian of the Month. Jessica is the Manager, Circulation Services at the University Libraries at Virginia Tech. Jessica was integral in the migration at Virginia Tech and the ongoing support of their ILS.

Jessica is always ready to jump in and help test a bug or provide detailed feedback to help us improve workflows for Koha. She is a real asset to the Koha Community.
