Diane Gardenour, Library Director commented about their switch to Koha with ByWater:
“I really like having an open source system for our library. ByWater is hosting our library information which means we can feel comfortable about our information being available to our patrons and we won’t have to do backups or upgrading of our computers. I look forward to receiving updates on a regular basis and the employees at ByWater are very warm, helpful and friendly.”
Evie Goodspeed, IT Consultant for the Ingalls Memorial Library, also commented on her experience working with ByWater:
“Working with ByWater was easy during the transition from our previous Koha vendor. ByWater quickly and efficiently converted our data from one format to the other with virtually no down time. They were responsive to our questions and concerns and added more functionality in the process. I would highly recommend them if you considering the change…”

The Honorable Rodney Wallace gave the money for the first building and named it in honor of his wife’s family.
