February 2024 Librarian of the Month

Every month ByWater Solutions recognizes a librarian that has made an impact on their library and community. We are happy to announce the February 2024 Librarian of the Month is Sonya Lemke, Health Sciences Librarian at the Taylor Health Sciences Library in Arkansas.

Sonya commented:

I am the Health Sciences Librarian at the Taylor Health Sciences Library at the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education. I have been working at the library since 2019, where I have been an instrumental part of the library team in its development and have supported the College of Health Sciences in the creation and improvement of library resources. In 2021, I led the migration of Koha to our library and currently manage it. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband in nature, reading, practicing photography, hiking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends."
