The koha-US Conference Committee is excited to start accepting proposals for presentations at our upcoming conference Tuesday August 13th through Friday August 16th in Round Rock, Texas, USA.

The theme for this year's conference is "Blazing New Trails"
How has Koha enabled you and your library to innovate and seek exciting new opportunities for yourself, your community, and the Koha community?
Here are some suggestions for meaningful presentation topics
- Koha in the library: best practices, tips, hacks, and grievances
- The Koha software development process: How it works, partnering with other libraries/koha-US
- The future of MARC and Linked Open Data in Koha
- User experience / accessibility
- Workflow Management (circulation / tech services, etc)
- Elasticsearch
- Consortia tips & tricks (circulation rules, authority control, resource sharing etc)
- Integration with 3rd party products / discovery platforms
- Getting data from Koha
- Fostering innovation, inclusion, and collaboration in the community
Proposals are due by April 2nd, 2024. You will be notified whether your proposal has been accepted no later than the end of April.
