Call for koha-US 2023 Presentation Proposals

Join fellow Koha users at the 2023 koha-US Annual Conference.

This year, the conference will be held from Wednesday, September 20th to Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA.

Our theme for the 2023 conference is:

How has Koha enabled you and your library to innovate and seek exciting new opportunities for yourself, your community, and the Koha community?

Here are some suggestions for meaningful presentation topics

• Koha in the library: best practices, tips, hacks, and grievances
• The Koha software development process: How it works, partnering with other libraries/koha-US
  
• The future of MARC and Linked Open Data in Koha
• User experience / accessibility
• Workflow Management (circulation / tech services, etc)
  
• Elastic Search
• Consortia tips & tricks (circulation rules, authority control, resource sharing etc)
  
• Integration with 3rd party products / discovery platforms
  
• Getting data from Koha
  
• Fostering innovation, inclusion, and collaboration in the community

Proposals are due by June 14, 2023. You will be notified whether your proposal has been accepted no later than the end of June.
