ByWater Solutions Welcomes Jared Camins-Esakov as Lead Support Specialist

ByWater Solutions, an open source community supporter and official Koha support company is proud to welcome Jared Camins-Esakov as their Lead Support Specialist. Jared will be overseeing the support department for ByWater Solutions and will be in charge of the delegation and escalation of customer support issues. He is an active participant in the Koha community and has had extensive experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution for the Koha ILS.

A professionally-qualified librarian, Jared Camins-Esakov has worked in libraries on four continents, primarily in technical services. Highlights from his career include a stint at the American University of Afghanistan and a fellowship in the Western Manuscripts Section of Bodleian Library at Oxford University. Immediately prior to joining ByWater Solutions, Jared helped guide the American Numismatic Society through their transition to the Koha Integrated Library System and assisted in trouble shooting once their system was operational. Jared has also founded a company, of his own, C & P Bibliography Services, to help book collectors manage their collections.
