Happy 2025!

2024 was another fantastic year for ByWater Solutions, Koha and Aspen! Although industry experts predicted that interest in new ILS adoption was down by 30% for 2024, ByWater still partnered with 196 new libraries made up of over 45 new contracts for Koha, Aspen, Metabase and Libki. We continue to see a huge interest in Open Source Software within the library technology industry, with more libraries than ever before interested in learning why we do what we do. ByWater has seen a lot of growth internally as well as externally. We have brought on over a dozen new team members during 2024, are in the process of upgrading our internal tools for more efficient project and support management, have promoted several internal team members to strengthen our already impressive Administration Team, and much more. All this while still setting a new bar in the library world regarding implementation and support satisfaction. We thank all of our wonderful partners for your ongoing support during this exciting and challenging year and we look forward to continuing to “Keep it Live in 2025"!!
