ByWater Solutions Names Jessie Zairo Director of Library Sales and Outreach

Jessie started with ByWater Solutions in November 2015 as a Koha Educator, welcoming and training new partner libraries. Since 2018, Jessie has been the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator. Jessie has been essential in expanding the ByWater presence in the open-source community through initiatives like The Library is Open Podcast, Monday Minutes, and presenting at numerous conferences throughout the country.
