ByWater Solutions Contributions to Koha - October 2022

ByWater Solutions, America’s forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced the contributions to the Koha Community code from the ByWater Development team. At ByWater, we believe transparency is the key to success. We submit all developments, plugins, tools, and documentation we create back to the Koha Community.

Below you will find some of the recent enhancements the ByWater Solutions development team worked on for the month of October 2022.

• Bug 31666 - Add job progress bar to stage-marc-import.pl
• Bug 30337 - Holds to pull ( pendingreserves.pl ) ignores holds if priority 1 hold is suspended
• Bug 25426 - Allow return policy to be selected via syspref and not just home library

Nick Clemens

• Bug 30879 - Add option to sort components by biblionumber
• Bug 26368 - Add support for OCLC Encoding level values
• Bug 18556 - Message "Patron's address in doubt" is confusing

Lucas Gass

• Bug 29824 - Allow for quick spine labels to be editable for printing
• Bug 28512 - Quick spine label creator: Add CSS class with logged in library's branchcode
• Bug 30952 - New design for staff interface
