ByWater Receives Top Scores in Annual Perceptions Survey

ByWater Solutions, America’s forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, is proud to announce that Koha with ByWater Solutions received top marks in this year's Library Perceptions 2020 survey held by Marshall Breeding. ByWater swept the Mid Sized Public Library category with #1 ratings in the categories of:

• General ILS Satisfaction
• Overall ILS Functionality
• Effectiveness of Print Resources
• Effectiveness of Electronic Resources
• Satisfaction with Customer Support
• Company Loyalty

ByWater also received very strong ratings with both small and very small libraries, as well as a #2 rating for all Public Libraries for the category of support satisfaction.

ByWater and Koha also had a very strong showing for Academic Libraries with less than 200,000 holdings, holding positions within the top two for almost all categories, ByWater also received a #2 rating for all Academic Libraries for the category of support satisfaction.
