August 2019 Librarian of the Month

Every month ByWater Solutions recognizes a librarian that has made an impact on their Library and Community. We are happy to announce that Sam Passey is our August Librarian of the Month.

Sam is the Director at Uintah County Library in Utah. Sam encourages his staff to learn, grow, and discover new ways to explore learning in the library. The Basin Library System, a joint catalog between Uintah and Duchesne County, launched Aspen Discovery to their patrons on June 5th 2019. Sam has also been instrumental in growing the Koha Community in Utah.

We're very happy to present this award to Sam, he is always willing to share the ideas that work for their library with the rest of the Koha community. A true collaborator in the open source community.
