Anderson Associates Consulting Engineers Inc. Chooses ByWater Solutions’ Koha Support
ByWater Solutions, an open source community contributor and America’s forefront provider of Koha support, announced today that Anderson Associates Consulting Engineers Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta Canada is now live on their installation of the Koha integrated library system.
ByWater Solutions has completed the migration for Anderson Associates Consulting Engineers Inc. and will be providing ongoing Koha Support Services for them.
Chris Profiri, Librarian at Anderson Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., talked about her decision to move to Koha:
“I needed a better library solution for the engineers in our office. I liked the idea of using an open source program, however the prospect doing the all the IT work was daunting. When I found ByWater and talked to various people there, I felt I was in good hands. I decided to go with Koha and the support team at ByWater because together, we could address the unique needs of my special library. My experience with the team, notably Danielle and Nicole, has been a lot of fun! They managed to keep their sense of humor even when they actually met my old database and the issues surrounding that twisted situation. It continues to be a pleasure to work with the team and with Koha. I feel totally supported.
