Scheduling System Messages in Aspen Discovery

You can easily schedule a message in Aspen Discovery which is great for the holidays or any information you want to pass along to your patrons. If you go into your Administration menu on Aspen and scroll down to the Local Catalog Enrichment module, there is a section called "System Messages". In order to add a system message, you will click 'Add New'.

You have the ability to define what pages the message will show on and when the message will start displaying and when it will stop displaying using a date selector.
