Create a Support Request from Koha Itself!
The Koha Support (Beta) plugin provides an easy way of reporting support issues in Koha. Once installed, it is accessible via a button in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Clicking button opens a panel which allows the user to compose a message to a system librarian or ticketing system.
OPAC Changes Coming in 18.11
If you have recently upgraded to 18.11 you will have noticed some minor cosmetic changes to your OPAC. Don’t fear, these changes were implemented intentionally. If the look and feel of your OPAC is different there are several ways to change/revert these changes and get your OPAC looking the way you want.
