New OPAC dashboard for Logged in Patrons

With Koha 17.11, there is now the ability to add a summary to the OPAC once the patron has logged in that shows the patron's number of checkouts, overdues, holds pending, holds waiting and total fines.

This can be turned on with the new system preference OPACUserSummary.
