In this week's Monday Minutes, Nick and Jessie discuss updates to the Holds Queue in Koha's newest release, 24.11.

Holds Queue View
With the updates to the Holds Queue view, you can now break out columns for Title, Author, Publication Details, and Shelving Location. You will also now see the patrons' email under the Patrons Column.
Note: If you use system preference HidePatronName, and it is set to don't show the names of patrons that have items checked out or on hold on detail pages or the "Place Hold" screen, this will also disable the email view on the Holds Queue table
Staff will also notice a new option to Copy a Shareable link appearing on the holds queue table. Bug 14322 - Add option to create a shareable link for item searches integrates this option.
Column Configuration - Table settings
This administration area will help you hide or display columns on fixed tables throughout the staff interface and OPAC.
- Navigate to Administration > Additional parameters > Table settings.
- Scroll down to Circulation.
- Select Holds queue (holds-table).
- Make selections and save.
