System Preference

Navigate to Administration --> System preferences
Search for HidePersonalPatronDetailOnCirculation
The system preference HidePersonalPatronDetailOnCirculation can hide a patron's phone number, email address, street address, and city on the circulation page, left side of the screen (under their picture if they have one).
