Question: Can Notice Timing Be Adjusted?

Answer: Yes! Many libraries schedule their notices to go out during particular hours. Many of the daily automated functions, like automatic renewal or sending overdue notices and other courtesy reminders, happen overnight in the early hours, so libraries that send SMS notices in particular do not want messages going out as soon as automated actions have triggered notices.
