Koha 23.05: Better Catalog Visibility in Staff Client

New enhancements in 23.05 improve visibility of cataloging features.

Bug 33607 makes a MARC record framework visible in the staff interface, from the details page. Prior to this enhancement, the framework was only discoverable through opening up the record editor or searching up record framework via report.

In the further interests of MARC data visibility, authority information is now included in the detail view under MARC preview, thanks to bug 33281. Using the same record as above, you can both see in the MARC preview that two of the subject headings on this record are connected to authorities, and they are clickable to navigate directly back to the authority.

In prior versions of Koha, the MARC preview only showed the authority number in subfield 9 of the authority-linked field, without it being an active link.
