Question: How Often Is my Test Server Synced to Match Production Server?

Answer: Refreshing test servers to reflect production server data is done by partner request, not at set intervals. The one exception to this rule of thumb is that test servers do get upgraded before production, so libraries can experiment with new features in an environment that doesn't have real-time patron impact.
