Events Integration in Aspen

One of the main goals of Aspen is to make all of your library’s content (including the programs you put so much effort into creating!) available to users through various innovative functions such as the placards, menu links, content integration outside of the catalog, and the Web Builder. The Events Integration is just another way to bring your content to your users.

Ratings and Recommendations

One of the most fun, useful, and engaging functions of Aspen is the ratings and recommendations. Book recommendations in Aspen show up in a few different places, including the While You Wait feature, More Like This, and Recommended For You. Learn how to set-up Recommended for You as one of your catalog's Browse Categories.

Using Linked Accounts

Linked accounts and individual profiles are becoming standard now on many streaming services so there's no reason why Aspen Discovery shouldn't have the same modern functionality! We are improving and adding features to Aspen's Linked Accounts functionality based off of library staff and patron feedback. Read about how some libraries are using Linked Accounts and let us know if you have any ideas on how else Linked Accounts can be developed to suit your needs!
