While exploring Aspen settings, you may have found the 'System Message' box in Library Systems settings. While this does allow you to set up a header message of sorts, there is a much better way! We developed the System Messages settings to allow for more control over the content with many options for customization such as the ability to schedule messages or target to specific account pages.
