Warn when someone else is editing the same record

Development

• Add a table be updated regularly by the API when someone has a record open
  
• When a new person opens a record, check the table to see if anyone else is editing.
  
• If so, show an indicator on the page that <<Staff Member>> is also editing the record
  
• When saving, warn if another save has also happened since you began editing and show a comparison of the differences.
  
  • Make sure autoincrement issues won't interfere with this.

Koha Community Enhancement in Bugzilla

Bug 23705 - Add a syspref to enable record locking, so that when one record is opened to be edited, it's read only for other users.
