Sales

ByWater Solutions has a unique outlook on Sales. We avoid high pressure tactics at all cost, and price libraries logically using the number of bibliographic records currently in your system as well as your circulation statistics. Pricing libraries based on service population is, in our opinion, flawed, as not everyone in that service pool utilizes the library. We provide communication and information based on your comfort level and make sure to not overburden you with unwanted emails or calls, especially when your library is a long way from making a final decision.

We understand the importance of switching software systems and the fact that these decisions should not be taken lightly. We are considerate of your budgetary needs and timelines as well and always try to work with you when it comes to pricing for our ongoing relationship. Additionally, ByWater does not have mandatory annual price increases. Most of our customers utilize the system for 4 years before they see a modest increase in annual costs.

We approach sales with the same attitude as we do for migration and support; we focus on your needs and do our best to minimize disruption to your day to day workload.
