Staff Spotlight
Staff Spotlight: Lauren Conley

Each month, we highlight one of our talented team members. This month, our Staff Spotlight will focus on Lauren Conley, a member of our Support Team at ByWater Solutions.
Who is Lauren?
Lauren recently celebrated two years working at ByWater. She has been extremely helpful with all things Aspen, assisting with our knowledge gaps and ensuring that our partners are heard and issues are escalated as needed, helping our team to focus on what is most important.
Nate Curulla, CRO at ByWater Solutions, commented:
Over the past two years Lauren has shown her commitment to our library partners through her conscientious approach to support using high levels of communication."
Lauren has a BA in International Studies from The Ohio State University and an MLIS from Kent State University. She grew up in Ohio, spending most of her time reading and then realized becoming a librarian would be a good fit (after she swore never to return to school again). After moving to Colorado, she worked for a library consortium, serving public, school, community college, and correctional libraries across the state. She has a firm belief that everyone deserves a good library and loves helping library staff with their questions and processes.
Lauren's Favorite Part of Working in the Open Source community
I love working in Open Source because of the collaboration and the community. Libraries coming together to make things better for themselves and their patrons, what could be better?"
Thanks, Lauren, for all you do at ByWater Solutions!
