ByWater Solutions Announces April 2025 Community Giveback Winner

Each month, ByWater Solutions selects one library to be awarded $500. These funds are meant to support libraries and their communities and fill gaps in funding to further library goals.

We are excited to announce our April 2025 winner of the ByWater Community Giveback, the The Effingham Public Library in Effingham, New Hampshire.

The funds will be used to support youth programming at the library.

Sara Newell, Library Director at the Effingham Public Library, commented:

If we receive this donation, it will be put towards our youth programs. In a predominantly older community like ours, they are our future. Every time they step into the library, it is a chance to build a lifelong relationship and in that vein, we try to supplement the school vacations with free, age-appropriate, fun activities for all different ages. Examples of the programming this past year: Lego camp/vacation drop-ins with a local brick artist, hosting a published graphic artist for DIY lessons, hosting a wildlife photographer to capitalize on the SRP adventure theme, etc."

About the ByWater Community Giveback

We will select one library a month to donate $500 to their Non-profit 501c3 organization such as Friends of the Library, Library Foundation, or other funding entity. These funds are meant to support libraries and their communities and fill gaps in funding to further library goals. We LOVE libraries. Our team is made up of librarians and library fanatics. We're always looking for ways to give back and create opportunities where we can to support libraries. This is a small token of thanks for all the hard work libraries do in their communities every day.
