About Thatcher Rea
Development Support Specialist
Thatcher has been working in IT for public, private, and educational entities over the last 15 years, serving the library community since 2007. He has most recently assisted the 120 member libraries of the Northeast Kansas Library System with their IT and Koha Support needs. Thatcher’s focus on providing efficient and timely technical support is at the heart of his mission with ByWater Solutions. An avid science fiction reader, Thatcher enjoys cooking and playing the ukulele in his spare time.
